The First Time Ever Blog

The first time I did something complete new was I went to a trampoline park with my dad and my sister  over winter break in Rogers, Arkansas. It was a huge place and there were trampolines lining the floor and the whole place was brightly lit and there were loads of activities that you could participate in. One thing that we did to together was try to reach the punching bag by jumping on the same square which would make one person go really high and even though we could not reach it we still had a blast going pretty high into the air.

My favorite part about going to the trampoline park was jumping off this high platform and falling it to a brightly colored foam pit. The first time that I went up it was pretty scary because that feel in your stomach as you fall just makes you feel sick but it was fun and pretty hard to get out of the foam pit because I would keep sinking in if I put my foot into the wrong place. My sisters favorite part was just jumping in the main court and she was having a lot of fun because you can go pretty high and when you did jump in the main court you don't want to fall onto the matted part because it is like jumping onto bare floor and it will hurt.

Overall me and my sister had a blast and it was our last day in Arkansas so we were pretty beat from all of the packing and saying by to our close friends and family before leaving to the High rise trampoline park. When we first got their that was the first time that me and my sister had tried something completely new and it was a little weird at first being on a whole bunch of trampolines that were close together so that they were like tiny segments. You could just run around on them and me and my sister both learned that it is great to try new things whenever you get the chance.

  1. Thanks for sharing this experience with us Michael. Please go back and reread what you wrote. I see a few run-on sentences and you confuse several homophones in your writing. Please revise.
