Book: Icefall
Prompt:• Who is the most important character to you? Why?
Author: Matthew J. Kirby

Through out reading the book Icefall the most important character to me is solveing. Solveing is the main character in the book she is the second daughter of the king and she shares a bedroom with here sister she is skinny and pale and has dull brown hair. She is the most important character because the whole story revolves around her and she really gives you that feeling that you want to read. For example when her goat died it really dragged you into the moment of reading because she gave a whole bunch of reasons why she liked it and she was trying to figure out who killed her goat for meat.

Prompt 2: What is your favorite part of the book you’re reading? Why?

In the book Icefall my favorite part of the book that I have read was when the goat died. This was my favorite part of the book because it gives you that anticipation of what will happen to the person that slaughtered the goat because the main character liked the goat a lot as a friend even thought the goat did not provide any milk for them and was dry. Another reason that was my favorite part was because when you read it its like you really want to know who killed the goat so the anticipation is really high and a lot of the characters in the book are really suspicious.

Another one of my favorite parts in the book icefall is the part were she feels like she is being watched when she is walking through the woods looking at an old ruin. This was one of my favorite parts because when she was being watched or thought that she was being watched it really makes you think that what if someone pops out of a bush and kidnaps her. There are a lot of people that would want her because she is a princess and she is living in a safe house which is really a safe castle. Another reason that this is my favorite part is because what if it was one of her servants that she works with that was lurking around the woods alone.
